Browsing the Zociety

The site uses Vercel for hosting and Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits, referral sources, device categories and interactions such as reaching the invitation. Hosting services also process request information to deliver and secure the site.

Our custom analytics events do not include wallet addresses, bid amounts, payment references, authentication codes or private keys. Vercel describes how its analytics handles visitor data in its analytics privacy documentation.

Browser storage

The site stores the names of interactions already counted in your browser's session storage to avoid counting the same event repeatedly in that session. This is not a wallet identifier. The auction, when enabled, will use a session cookie for authentication.

When the auction opens

Wallet verification and bidding will require operational records, including shielded addresses, bids and payment status. Shielded payments do not make information you give this site invisible to its operator. Alternate-currency conversions also involve the selected network and conversion provider.
